@ Vendor-Lazarus:What I took from the review was that, although we as gamers can unite in the love for Exploring New/Other Worlds and The Power Of Imagination, we seem to sample them very differently. With Houseman enjoying the more cinematic and story heavy kind of games. Arnox seems to enjoy shooting action games. And I enjoy "Shiva" type games with a destruction and rebuilding loop.

@ Vendor-Lazarus:But we also have to remember that games are first and foremost interactive. Which means that the input and the reactions/mechanics to that are the most important. Books are story-heavy, action can be found in movies.

@ gaijinkaiju:Isekai is terrible. It's completely oversaturated, and most of them are indistinguishable from each other. If something from the new season is tagged as Isekai, I just skip it unless it's either a series I've already seen the first seasons of, or it has some gimmick and even in that case I'm probably going to drop it after an episode or two.
