For those who don't know what the hell I'm talking about, here's a quick preview of the voice: https://inv.nadeko.net/watch?v=jMhDUfP0Qmw
This voice was weirdly really hard to find even though I've heard this voice used in countless MLG YouTube videos. First I had to find out who made it. Then I had to find out what the text-to-speech voice was called. I then found a name, but also found out it was actually a proprietary TTS voice made way back in the day. And I'm not even mentioning all the dead ends I went through thinking that this must be a free TTS voice or something.
Once I finally found the damn voice and where it came from, I had to track down a source for the install file. I then had to find out how to even use it. Thankfully though, that part was much easier. There's a free program called Balabolka that is compatible with even Windows XP, and once you install the voice, it will recognize it immediately and you can then use it for whatever the hell you want including having the program pre-record what you want it to say directly into an audio file.
And there you go. Now you too can use this voice to go on your own auditory meme reign of terror.
