My favs are the ones involving resisting arrrest and the perps getting tasered or shot. I also enjoy Entitled people getting told no.

Title: The most important battle in competitive Pokémon history?
Author: BKC
That was awful. He spent 17 minutes rambling about this battle and I'm still not really sure what exactly happened or why it was so great.

Basically, it showed the casual Pokemon audience just how incredibly powerful a full competitive team can be.

But why did the level 1 Rattata win?

But why did the level 1 Rattata win?

Empoleon blasted the Rattata with Brine. Brine almost annihilates the Rattata of course, BUT the Rattata has a Focus Sash which means that any hit that would have killed the pokemon would not kill it and the pokemon would hold on to have 1 HP left. After that, Rattata uses Endeavor, a move that cuts the opponent's HP to what the attacker's HP is. In this case, 1 HP. After that, for the next turn, Rattata does a Quick Attack which always hits first in the turn order. Boom. Dead Empoleon.

Ah, see, that would have been the kind of useful explanation that could have been made in well under 17 minutes.

More like it showed everyone a broken exploit that should be banned from competitive play in order to fix GameFreak's mistakes.

Should it? It's a trick that only works once and basically works out to a kill trade.

This has been around since Gen 3. I'm surprised it warrants any discussion

Focus Sash requires taking damage that would normally one shot to activate and leave 1 hp. Taking any damage that did not one shot renders the hold item useless. DoT status works. Entry hazard moves, extremely common in competitive, like Spikes work. Endeavor/Quick Attack are normal moves so switching to a Ghost type works.

The strat is a knowledge check and no player worth their salt should be falling for it. At best, it trades, 1 for 1.
Your Mom's a broken exploit. I should ban her from competitive play in order to fix GameFreak's mistakes.

Focus sash was created in gen 4.

I didn't even know that this was a thing. I've never been in any home where it was going off and the owner didn't notice.
were they black homes or non-black homes?

No other body cam video has made me so ..angry. Which is weird, considering. Not exactly sure what makes it so aggravating.
