They want to live. They might not fully understand what has to be done to save them, or why, and they might not even believe that you're helping them, but they say that they want to live.

I'm afraid I need more details before I could answer the question. In what way does the child need to be molested and how could this possibly save their life. Why am I doing this rather than leaving it up to trained (medical?) professionals? What would my culpability be after the fact? Who's child is it?

Given that this scenario is completely outside the realm of probability and personal experience my answer may not reflect how I would actually act in the given situation. But I say let the little blighter shift for himself. The saw killer can molest baby Hitler himself if that's what they desire, my involvement is unnecessary. Given that the child is a product of amoral and illegal science without family bonds makes the choice a little easier, as well as the fact that they will sell me out for saving their skin. It is essentially a matter of my life or theirs because I would say that allegations of child molestation are in essence a life ending event if not in actuality. Once you get slapped with something like that you can pretty much kiss contact with friends and family goodbye.
So yes, maybe it's selfish, but I'm not going to sacrifice myself for a child of dubious origin that I don't care about.

Go and take this hypothetical into the real world, go to your place of employment and ask your collegues to entertain this particular hypothetical.
You'll soon find that most people find that entertaining the hypothetical of raping a child to save them to be so far out of the realm of good taste that they won't touch it with any length of pole.
