Proposal on Reorganizing The Information in the Forum

Because the more you seperate topics, the harder it is to browse or even find a good place to start a new topic. Leave good enough alone.

One more idea. What if we simply added an "Info" prefix to almost every sub-forum and left it at that? No sub-forum creation needed.

That sounds even worse. What if one doesn't want to post info a sub-forum with that prefix?

Oh damn it. I mistyped. What I mean is the prefix is selectable in every forum. Any thread that isn't an opinion, story, or question will use the prefix.

Like, a tag? Sure

But I think it should be opt-in, not opt-out, because otherwise people will just ignore it and things will get tagged "info" when they aren't.

Yeah pretty much. Prefixes are basically what the colored nameplates are next to threads in the In My Opinion sub-forum and Uploads section.
