@ Vendor-Lazarus:The MC server did just peter out. I was left alone after a while, as usual, heh. The thing is that much of it was already done/made there. It would be more fun to do those things together. Especially since I'm not the combat type. I prefer exploring, gathering resources, building, and researching.

@ Vendor-Lazarus:I wonder if any of the survival builder genre games would fit us. Like Terraria, Starbound, Necesse, Tinkerlands, etc (While I can do First Person, It's not a preferred camera angle. And I absolutely won't do Third Person Behind View Over-the-Shoulder camera. Over-the-head is fine). Also ramping up the more players there are, and having LAN/Dedicated server options (yarr version).

@ Arnox:Minecraft multiplayer exponentially gets better with the more friends that are on the server at once. If we all just play on the server without seeing each other though, yeah, it can get pretty boring and is little better than single-player. When everyone is building together or screwing around with each other, that is when it's at its best.

@ Battousai:The problem with Minecraft each time we went back to it though was always the same: we all got bored of it after a couple of weeks and ended up shelving it for months. Did we ever play this year or was it last year? It has been quite a while since I've turned that game on, but I don't like playing it solo anyway.

@ Arnox:The server has been down now for about two and a half years. Looks like I intended to make a Mystcraft server, but that never happened as, I believe, interest in the server had dropped too low for me to consider renewing the payments on it.
