Yeah - hate how ebook formats focus on small file size so images/comics get fucked over - only real hope is pdfs - diary of a wimpy kid is a comic posing as a book so it has a shit ton of ebook entries that scrunch the images/cuts them in half between pages due to fucked formatting/or worse, remove the images entirely

Yeah, but on the other hand, if they got the full scan of such books at full quality, that would take up so much more space in storage.

Bro, we can't keep running like this. And we will never rise out of this mess as long as we desperately try to cling to the notion that one party or the other actually cares even one tiny iota about us. They do not. They'll do one or two good things for morale and then shit on you the rest of the time. It was steadily inching this way already, but the Trump administration/current congress decided to speed things up to an unprecedented level.
