Cars have no manual backup system when the electronics go haywire. Can't even roll up/down the window without it. Sites don't offer alternative fallback code for other than chrome. Technically, you DID mention the fallback for 4G since, to my knowledge, 5G towers are separate from 4G. Regardless though, if something is really so big that it interferes with a 4G tower, it'll very probably be hitting the 5G too, and vice versa.

Why not just install the 21H2 update and be done with it? You can manually download it as a standalone update.

Yeah, and it's still a major security hazard. Just because one 3rd party variant is good doesn't mean they all are. Also, malware has gotten a whole lot more sneaky these days. Why even take the risk when there are lots of great and reputable trimmed-down third-party Windows OSes?
