Cory Doctorow gives an epic, if depressing summary at DEF CON 32 of everything that led to enshittification and its current effects. After that, he also gives some good news too and reasons to hope, which is always very nice and perhaps even needed with these kinds of videos. It's one thing to point out problems but providing solutions is equally important.

This video is probably not going to tell anyone here anything new, so don't feel like you've missed anything if you don't want to watch it. Nevertheless, I think this video would be good to give to other people who either don't know or are actively denying what's going on.
