Made this myself. Very easy to make and reasonably healthy. This goes great with a bunch of sides too. Some chopped green beans, peas, or mashed potatoes would do nicely. With that said, since everyone's tastes with food though can be wildly different, your mileage may, of course, vary with this recipe, but I'm told I have pretty good taste in cooking, so take that for whatever it's worth.
Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 bunch of green onions, AKA chives, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Throw everything in a pan and cook until the hamburger is broken up and browned. Salt to taste, though I personally added salt before cooking. Makes enough for ~6 plates at least, I estimate.
