Just a heads-up. Keep in mind though that this right doesn't exist if you're not an American and you're trying to get into the country.

Yeah, it's good to know you can opt out of facial scanning if you're flying domestically, but it can be tricky for international travelers. I’ve been through a few airports recently where they offer the option, but you have to ask about it ahead of time. If you're flying often and want a more comfortable experience, check out TravelBusinessClass. They’ve helped me snag some great deals on business class flights, which makes the whole airport experience a little more bearable.

Yeah usually internationally speaking, if you're not a citizen, your rights generally go WAY down. Saved though by the fact that pretty much all 1st and 2nd world countries will avoid doing anything too egregious to you to avoid a diplomatic incident. As long as you're not illegally crossing borders anyway.
