Depends..I don't know how to make friends..

I don't know either but lately, I find that most adults are willing to be some sort of light version of friends though they stop caring as soon as you refuse to party with them, though I also find that having a group with which to meet every week makes them your friends pretty easily.

I'm still too self-conscious to ask anyone for help though.
