Unable to Post Image

Trying to post a image, neither can host it here nor link to it.

Is it a bug or is my account restricted?

Should be neither. Testing now.

Image also displays just fine in incognito mode. Phone test also displays the image. You should tell me what the exact error message is.

Try clearing your Sanctuary cookies then logging in again. If that fails, try on a different browser entirely.

Oh, and check your add-ons/extensions. Occassionally, they can mess with things they shouldn't be messing with.
