I wasn't sure whether to post this here or Printed Matter, but as it seems to have more to do with the theme of this sub-forum, here you go.
I found this while looking for some old/classic baking books. It was kind of a lucky find, in that it has (obviously) much more than baking. Archery, farming, medical information, monastacism, etc. There's too much information here to even begin to gloss over. It looks like mostly older stuff, 1800's and 1900's, but still immensely useful. Everything appears to be in PDF format and is downloadable.
