+ Added many (but not all) TOTSE/Zoklet smilies back onto Sanctuary.

Notes:
Not all the emotes were added as there was a lot, many of them were very redundant to what we already have, and finally, I think some of them were just kinda dumb for one reason or another. I already released the archive of all the smilies here though so if you'd like to use one that isn't present in the emotes list, then feel free.

Next up are the old Sanctuary v1.0 smilies. Those shouldn't take long at all.

Oh, big news today. 4chan got hacked for not updating their site in like a decade. Full source code leaked, as well as the dox of the moderators.

I would of thought 4chan would of got hacked earlier. Even got the source code leaked, you guy think it was just a angry guy who got banned or the feds? I never been on there as it seemed to wild for my taste, but im here so who knows.
