We have no affiliation with NiS as they've fractured off of Sanctuary quite some time ago. Sanctuary is its own independent entity. At this time, we don't support any other splinter community sites or subreddits besides maybe our official Discord.

He's still salty about the fact he had to make it specifically for the gaming section of Sanctuary, because you know it actually is easier to use to setup gaming sessions than a forum, and that the majority of the people who joined the Discord exactly for that reason have absolutely no interest in joining the site or participating in forums.

I don't like, for several reasons, that some of our instant chat is hosted on Discord. It's something I will grudgingly allow support for though, at least until Discord starts getting uppity with me or any members of our Discord server.

I guess that's obvious from the fact that there isn't a Discord link anywhere that I can see on the site. Honestly, I didn't even know that there was a Sanctuary Discord, not that I have any interest in joining one.

No, it has periods of activity same as the site, they joined the discord for the games mainly since we were using it for the Sanctuary clan deal and some chat stuff. However most of them were not interested in joining anything besides a Discord channel for any kind of discussion, had no interest in forums at all since they considered it a waste of time or outdated and some just refused because of the whole signup process for the site and simply said no.

Actually, I think this is the core issue here. There's some other minor issues circling this one, but forced email registration has always been a large pain point (but to my knowledge, has no better alternative).
