Living by myself means I only have a short amount of time to feed myself after I get home from work. In that respect, I've made some quick and easy meals that save a lot of money while being tasty.
Here's my bachelor personal pizzas:
Get two slices of bread and put cheese on them
Put garlic on the cheese:
Close the "sandwich" and continue building the Pizza
Add spaghetti sauce:
Add toppings. I chose sausage here. QFC has some wonderful Italian sausage I use here.
Add cheese. I only have shredded cheddar, but it works
Bake. When dealing with uncooked meats, I prefer a low temperature for a longer duration. I think I'd go for about 350F for about 20 minutes. I've also done 450F for around 10-13 minutes, but the bread gets black on the bottom if you go too far with it.
Enjoy!
