Sanctuary Update - 6/3/2023

Changes:
- Redid the Sanctuary v1.0 and Last Exit themes due to them suddenly breaking down (see the Removals section). Sanctuary v1.0 theme now looks more true to the original theme, and Last Exit looks far less boring.

Removals:
- Removed an old non-selectable theme from the overall theme collection as it was doing nothing except sitting around collecting virtual dust.

Additions:
- Added a tacticool Steel theme to the user-selectable Sanctuary themes.

Notes: There is one more theme to come. I don't think people will really go for either Steel or the new theme, but everyone's very different. You never know! I want to give people a good selection.

Those would be interesting and actually easy to implement, but no matter how subtle and unobtrusive I make them, I'm not sure if it's going to annoy some people or not, regardless.
