This is a framework that allows modding for GTA5. Well, that's great, but why am I bringing it up here you may ask? Because the author's site, dev-c, doesn't fucking work properly.
After hours of incredible frustration trying to open the download link and instead getting redirected back to the main site, and trying to find out what the fuck was going on, I finally figured out what the issue was. It's uBlock Origin apparently. I guess maybe the author doesn't like the extension or something. I don't know. I don't really care. It's stupid for him to not even say on his site that downloads would be blocked if uBlock was active. Maybe it's for ad monetization purposes, but even so, he still should have said. And in any case, ads are a potential vector for malware, so the downloads for the latest version as of this writing will be attached below.

UPDATE: Site's broken again as of this writing. lel Also, turns out it wasn't ublock. It's actually even worse than that. The site's just plain old fucked up.
