What: UT2004 bracketed 1v1 matches w/ UTComp ping comp. & anti-cheat software
When: September 26, 2020, 7:00 PM (MST)
Where: The Sanctuary UT2004 server, details here
Who: Anyone can join (as long as they haven't gotten banned here). I will be playing the winner, but that will be purely optional, and the winner doesn't need to in order to collect the prizes.
How: Make a post in this thread if you'd like to sign up. Also include in your post whether you'd like to face me, should you win the tournament, and in what way you'd like your prize money transferred to you. Choices are a prepaid card or Steam.

Terms:
You must be at least 18 years old to qualify as a contestant. A maximum of 16 players can compete in the tournament. The contestant who places in first will be given $20.00 and a permanent "UT2004 Champion" title on the Sanctuary forums. Prize money will be given via a prepaid card, although the winner can also choose to just have the money deposited into their Steam wallet. Using any third-party software to give an unfair advantage is illegal and will instantly disqualify you. All matches will be spectated by me to ensure as much as possible that cheating has not taken place. Threats against the site, its community, or any of the contestants will not be tolerated for any reason. Play fair and have fun!
