Gonna be honest, we have as little clue as you. And really, it could be both. It could be the last gasos of a dying Forum or it could be the issues involved with moving Servers and fixing issues.

Personally I wouldn't hold my breath. I don't see why anyone would put money into those Forums without being a passionate part of the community, I certainly see nothing commercially viable about it.
