Should we even schedule game nights from now on... ?

Or just have them purely as we feel like it? It seems like every time I try to schedule something, there's always stuff in the way, so nowadays I just do it whenever I see someone online on Steam, but I feel like when I do that, some people here are missing out.

I've been trying to get enough free time to find the info to join the MC server..but I've been working non-stop these last few months sadly.
Strangely enough, that with this WuFlu thing going on, we're even less active than usual.
There's also the US/EU timezone divide to think about. And proper planning.
For now, it might be best to just announce if we're personally going to play something that others could join in if they wanted.

I would suggest having regular, weekly scheduled events. If possible, find a time that works for everyone, or maybe even multiple times so that all the EU folks can game together if they want.

But consistency is key

This is about the only time I see working well for most everyone.

Just send messages whenever someone is on for the most part, you don't really need to set up a game night or something of the sort each time except for maybe special events. Just ask anyone if they wanna play.

Yeah, but for some people here like Houseman, I don't have their Steam. Unless they want to give it of course.

You can also send a private message through the discord if need arises, in fact you can just do one of those @everyone posts on the group discord asking to play.

In the clans I've been in since the age of discord, people would be playing games most of the day. They'd hop in the voice channel for the game (on discord) and anyone who just logged on would see that they were people playing. That makes it easy to join sessions in progress.

There wasn't anything scheduled, it was just "whenever people are on".
