Sections Removed from Constitution on US Government Website

Specifically, Article 1, Sections 9 and 10 have been completely removed.

Do we know why?

Accusations are flying left and right of course, but nobody really knows. In fairness to the accusers though, I can't think of a single justification for this to be happening that isn't scummy as fuck.
