Changes:
- Changed Welcome message to be more clear to visitors.
- Switched places with "Members" tab and "Site info & rules".
- Moved "Forum statistics" to the bottom of the sub-forum list.
- The Chatbox has been disabled until you sign in.
- The "What's new" tab has been disabled until you sign in.
Removals:
- Removed the "Share this page" and "Latest resources" sidebars since they were just cluttering up the page.
- Removed a bunch of redundant links from the top navigation tabs.
- Removed the Media tab for now as it isn't being used at all at the moment.
