Quick Announcement: Guests Now Have Read Permissions for The Chatbox

I think keeping the chatbox where it is, is good. I'm not sure about allowing guests access though..maybe..maybe not. I'll let majority decide.

Guests are not really a problem, the problem is the adbots that manage to get in from time to time and try to sell us the whole penis enlargement pills or something like that.
