Non-dairy coffee creamer powder. Lasts forever on the shelf too. You can easily adjust how creamy you want the "milk" to be by adding more or less water to it. It's not gonna taste EXACTLY like whole milk, but damn, man, it really seems to come pretty close. Make sure though that you get REGULAR NON-SWEETENED coffee creamer though or else you won't be able to use it for savory foods of course. Also, it's gonna have a whole lot less nutrients than regular milk, so keep that in mind.

You can also mix it with malted milk too for certain nice desserts, and malted milk lasts just as long.

I wonder how that would work for my bread making. Most recipes I found said to use milk powder, but I just use one that asked for normal milk. It would be nice to have the milk be more shelf stable like the rest of the ingredients so I can stockpile more at once.

Hm... No idea. Try it out vs the normal milk and see!
