People are rightfully sick and tired of fb's bloated and convoluted interface AND fb's and twitters censoring ways.

I was just listening to some discussion about hiring practices, and it's become commonplace to just stalk someone's profile and hire based on that. For someone like me without a profile, I wouldn't even get a second glance.
