Looking at prices for a Mossberg 590 Mariner, a polymer framed Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0, and a Taurus Model 44, these aren't half-bad prices at all considering the incredible quality of them. I would, thus, advise everyone STRONGLY that they buy a firearm now while everything's still affordable if they haven't gotten at least one yet. I remember during the pandemic when those 590 Mariners were like fucking gold and cost... About a $1,000 I think? At least? Yeah, they're ~$700 now. (Not including any FFL fees and shipping fees you may incur. If you look around on other websites, you might be able to find them even cheaper.) And that's an expensive shotgun too. You could easily get away with getting a much cheaper but very good Maverick 88 AS LONG AS you take care of it because they can be prone to rusting on the barrel and mag tube. Also, be sure to stock up on ammo too.
You never know when another fucking stupid ass ban is gonna smack us all in the face or even simply another event as disruptive as the 2020 pandemic. When such a huge event hits us again, you can bet your bottom fucking dollar that these guns are gonna start selling out real fucking fast along with ammo. Get them now. Don't try to panic buy later. And finally, a protip. If you want a very specific model of gun, search for it by its UPC or Universal Product Code.
