The drugs being sold on these sites are shipped off-shore to the country and address of your choice with no prescriptions required whatsoever. Most of these drugs are technically illegal, but also in the nobody-cares category of illegal such as prescription beauty creams and Viagra. Some though are much moreso such as pain medications. But do note, these sites only sell drugs made by official pharmaceutical companies, so if you're looking for something like LSD or MDMA crystals, you'd better look elsewhere.
