That might work, though it depends on how thorough the uninstallation is. Sometimes uninstallation leaves the registry keys in.

But here is the GOG Re-Volt Downloader and here is the patch that comes with it, and here is the page for RV house the fan online launcher.
I uploaded those files, but if you wish to look for something more reliable that's fine.
