I am a regular customer of GOG and sady they don't have any Battlefield games even though EA sells their other old games there.

It's a download link. Just download the file, extract, and run. I checked all exes with VirusTotal and then ran the game. Works flawlessly.

To activate Special Forces expansion pack: Just open the game and go and click Community, then Custom Games. Now you will see ID, Name and Verson there. There is a name in the ID column, an expack called Battlefield: Special Forces. Click it and you will find at the botttom right corner "Activate." So click it and then OK.

Note: EA shut down the servers because they're a bunch of bitches. In order to get online, you'll have to use BF2 Hub.
