Is it wrong or fair for me to say this?

Is it wrong for me to say that when I hear other people say "if you like the game/movie/etc. that I don't like that's fine" is pretty much a sugercoated, thinly veiled way of saying:

"FUCK YOU YOU DEGENERATE SUBHUMAN SHIT, YOUR TASTES AND OPINION ARE OBJECTIVELY WRONG, EVIL, AND DECEDENT AND WILL ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE BECAUSE YOU LIKE THIS GAME/MOVIE/ETC."

Yeah pardon the hyperbole, but when I see people talking about a very negatively viewed product that they dislike a lot, yet when they acknowledge that other people does like it, it feels dishonest.

Pretty much, yeah.

Realistically it means that you are weighting different aspects of whatever product we are talking about differently. But Taste in general is subjective and therefore personally objective, which is to say, if your taste fundamentally disagrees with mine, from my perspective, you are simply wrong and have poor taste. Such statements are essentially just acknowledging that opinion is not objective fact...and thats why people make such statements, the internet is full of dipshits who will give you crap for not acknowledging what is pretty obvious.

That then leads into reasons why people behave differently on the internet, yadda yadda yadda.
