I believe these National Borders should be as follows.
Pakistan and Sri Lanka should remerge with India.
Taiwan should rejoin China.
2 halves of Swistzerland, Belgium and Netherlands should rejoin both France and Germany on each side based on langauge.
Austria, and Czech Republic should rejoin Germany.
All of South America should unite into a United States of South America with Brazil being the cheif but adopting Spanish as the common language.
Ukraine and Belarus should rejoin Russia.
Ireland should regain its Northern half and all of Great Britain must remain united.
Macedonia should merge with Greece.
Other Balkan countries stay the way as the are such as Poland and Romania
And don't get me started on the borders of the Middle East.
So I feel some of these small countries have no reason to exist and should just rejoin their larger kin, MINOR variations of cultural differences be damned. I just think it will be a better world with these national unions and borders.
Lets just say after going through history class, I feel some of these national splits were resulted in some independent nations becoming poor in the long term. Or mabye I am just talking complete bullshit and have no idea what I am talking about. And to be honest this thread was actually all just a ramble rather then a critically thinking idea.
