Funny story when I made that image. Well, either it's as it is on the face of it, or the conspiracy is that foreign leaders are following a script to make Trump look good on the world stage. If there's some shady backroom deals going on, then there's no need to make things public. The best credence I can lend to that idea is Trump publicly saying he'll tariff the country, but privately behind closed doors, he's talking about nukes and Seal Teams. It's just a lot of extra steps to make there be more to the story than what we saw publicly with Colombia.
