Also, nice rules. Pretty clear, very lenient, and none of the weird tone policing bullcrap outside of possibly the "derailing" thing, which is still worlds better worded than I expected.

As to derailing, it's actually all about the conversation flow. If I made a topic that said, "I like pizza. Do you?" And then someone responds with,"Yes, I love that restaurant nearby me." or even, "No, they're awful. Sub sandwiches are better, faggot." Both of those are just fine. But if someone instead responded with, "You're a faggot." or "Who's looking forward to the next Doom?" That's derailing because it goes completely against the conversation flow.
