Favorite Alcohol?

I like Mezcal.

This ain't your party tequila, this is an adult, sophisticated drink.
Taken neat, or not at all.

And this isn't any of that cheap, brown, "haha eww there's a worm in the bottle" stuff either. Good Mezcal starts at $50.

It's made from roasted agave hearts to produce a smoky flavor. It's smoky like the charred skin of a pit-roasted chicken. You thought scotch was smoky? Pshh, mezcal makes scotch taste like vodka.

Next time you're out shopping, check the aft-end of the tequila aisle. Avoid the brown stuff, go for the jovens. The higher the alcohol percentage, the better.

What do you noobs like to drink?

Fireball. I'm not even any sort of cinnamon fan either, but just dumping a bunch of that stuff on apple juice is the best thing ever.

I've only ever tried beer (sapporo and asahi) and wasn't a big fan personally. Kinda want to try scotch or whiskey though

Well then what's your favorite coffee or caffeinated tea. Soda?
Oh wait.

Or did they alter that, so you can drink those things now?

I've only ever had one shot of Fireball before. I was always under the impression that only 12 year olds drink that, like it's the kind of cheap stuff you just buy because you're in college and you don't have taste yet.

The one I most usually drink is the same one available to kids and the the whole family.
0.7% Cider. Preferably Pear Cider.

Other than that, I don't really consume alcohol. If invited to a party/bar/pub, I would not order beer. Hate the taste.
Xider or similar products would again be my go to.

We can drink soda. The thing is though, the Word of Wisdom can be summed up with, "Stop putting crap into your body and get a good night's sleep." So even with soda, I have a personal rule that I drink juice over soda when I can. Juice isn't all that healthy either, but at least it isn't that harmful. The Word of Wisdom isn't necessarily about "Well, I can't drink and eat this but the Lord says I can eat this." It's much more just a general command to take care of your body and the Word of Wisdom provides some nice guidelines to do so.

I honestly don't know, I have a tenuous relationship with alcohol. When I'm at the liquor store I get the cheapest vodka/beer. I don't like PBR very much but it's cheap, I used to drink only Stella Artois for years because I think it tastes the best but I haven't had any all year.

Sometimes I like a fruit wine or something sparkling or just cheap/boxed when I'm sharing it with the wife.

When I have lots of money I get the flavored Absolut or Smirnoff. Grape is the best but I had a good plum vodka once too. Expensive tequilas I think are the best bang for your buck because that stuff is smooth and strong.

The only thing I don't like is gin because last time I drank it I got alcohol poisoning and ended up in the hospital on an IV drip

I'm not much for hard liquors, myself. I am a self-admitted beer geek, though, and an absolute sucker for Belgian beers - particularly dubbels, dark strongs, abt/quads and sour ales in general.

I'd honestly live off Duchesse de Bourgogne if it wouldn't kill my bank account even faster than my liver.

I usually go with the darkest beers I can find. Guinness is nice.

I like most hard liquors, but I always love sweet. I can't really drink beer, but ciders are usually tolerable, and I has a lambic once that was incredible. Fireball is very sweet, so I know where it gets its reputation. Still, adding alcoholic cinnamon to anything normal cinnamon enhances usually is way better than you'd expect. I will sip it straight too, like any alcohol, but it mixes so damn well with common foodstuffs!

Alcohol is poison and nothing good ever comes of it.
Interesting, what brings you to this conclusion? Is it religiously motivated?
In my case, basic common sense. I have seen too many examples of people losing their livers because of over drinking. Case in point ever Rock and Metal Band ever. And in the end really I never found an interest enough because i don't think any of them would taste good, I will stick with Juice and Sodas.

Interesting. I certainty recognize the damage that over-drinking can cause, which is why I never drink enough to become "drunk", although that line is subjective.

But I don't hate all alcohol because of what happens when you drink too much. That seems like a leap of logic. There's a middle ground between "not drinking at all" and "being an alcoholic", unlike with heroin.

Those who are staunchly anti-alcohol are probably healthier than someone who drinks moderately, however, so you have that going for you. So long as you also have a balanced diet and exercise occasionally.

Stella Artois and/or Hennessey

I've slowed down on the drinking recently though (other than this week lol) and have no money so nowadays it's mostly 4 loko gold.

Yeah it sucks ass, but it's cheap, powerful, and you only need one. Then again that's usually combined with opioids so others might need two

The liver is the only part of your body that can regenerate itself, might as well fuck it up!

Ironically enough this guy lives to be 110 years old and he drinks whisky and smokes cigars all his life:

I'm not aloud to drink much anymore, but I always like "Jägermeister". Normally I'd get a cheap knock-off that tasted way better.

Not very big on Wine , but I drink a Glass of Red on occasion.

Otherwise Radlers are good (basically German Beer + Sprite).

On vacation, I decided to splurge and bought a $300 bottle of Mezcal: Clase Azul

http://mezcalclaseazul.com/home.php?lang=en

The bottle is rough to the touch, like a the top of a skateboard. Apparently the bottle and the beads on the top are all handmade.

Tastes pretty good, too.

Pistachio Mezcal cream (Which although not expensive is absurdly hard to find)

Not only is it good but it also carries a lot meme cred in some circles

For more traditional drinks I guess white wine (Not red, I hate red), Irish cream and Rompope.
