E3 2020 is Officially Cancelled Due to “Overwhelming Concerns” of the Coronavirus

The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) have officially announced that E3 2020 is cancelled due to “overwhelming concerns” of the coronavirus outbreak.

On a more serious note, Personally I'm just kinda indifferent to E3, so this doesn't really bother me all that much

People are hailing this as the start of the end for E3. Not sure if that's really true though. We'll see.

I thought gamers were uninvited to E3 and it became a press and industry only event. But that was a while ago, maybe they changed it.
It was around the time they did away with booth babes.

I was never into E3 anyway..Though I think I would have liked it when it was about devs and gamers...and booth-babes ,)

Gamers can still enter but its limited, they have access to these things called Gamer Passes and they give them on a first come first served basis until sold out.

Well, it's been kinda dead in my eyes for several years, when was the last time anything we really got a E3 full of big announcements? Feels like at least 5-7 years. And since Nintendo kinda skips out and Sony does now too, there's not too much reason to just have Microsoft and a handful of Publishers.
