So, has anyone else played this? I got it for my Switch not too long ago after reading some positive opinions...and considering the Switch kinda lacks Shooters at the Time.

Currently not entirely sure how I feel about the Game, on the one Hand it encourages me to explore...but the maps are kinda boring and samey, making it easy to get lost and if I find a enemy, it probably means I'm going into a Horde Fight. I'm also kinda bothered that the Enemies seem so damn spongey. I mean, why are fucking Rockets so damn ineffective? That makes it seem like my Ammo supplies are too low when I constantly have to Unload everything for certain weapons just to kill 1 or 2 of the bigger enemies.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Game, it's fun enough and I like the fast pace, but constantly running out of Ammo can get annoying.

Or is it just me, how do the rest of you feel about this Game?

I heard Doom 4's engine can only spawn so many enemies so that's why it's very Horde modey. Also, ammo's low so you have incentive to upgrade it I suppose. Honestly though, I'd highly recommend Project Brutality's version of Brutal Doom if you didn't like Doom 4.

I wouldn't say that I didn't or don't like it, but I'm playing on the lowest difficulty and the enemies are so spoongey. Don't get me wrong, I'm struggling, I just imagine that the spoonginess will be way worse when I play the harder modes and since it's already annoying me

It's not like the games bad, just kinda aggressively average. I was probably expecting a bit too much.
