This started way back in October, as covered here and here. The first judge denied, but recently a higher court allowed the request of the prosecutors to make Valve stop distributing this game to Brazilians and to uncover the identity of the publisher.

Funny that the prosecutor says that the game makes Brazil look bad to the international community and the judge decision says that Valve should stop selling it only to Brazilians. So you all are free and more than welcome to appreciate how bad Brazil is by playing the game, albeit, by the looks of it (haven't played it), only Brazilians will truly understand the satire - and there isn't much else to it.
