Actually, I'm waiting for @amitx7 lol If he doesn't reply within the next 20 minutes, I'm going to move on and temporarily take control of his character for the next turn.

The four mysterious yellow-eyed persons looked suspiciously, and maybe even somewhat hungrily over to the group of six. Hrolf inconspicuously locates himself to the back in case he needed to make a tactical retreat. And that retreat may very well need to be executed soon. Who knew what would happen at this point. Lumpy, however, seemed to either be blissfully unaware of what was going on around him or was simply completely unconcerned about it as he digged into his nose.

In answer to the question of the man in the front of them though, Jude almost bellows out his own question in defiance,

"No, what are you doing here?" To which, the man in front grinned.

"You seriously do not know why we're here? You came all this way... And yet you don't know?"

Vale was already getting annoyed at this point. He wasn't here for this absurdity. He was here to see that elusive sister who had conquered whole continents. "My business is my own," Vale said as he casually gripped the hilt of his sword, "now would you mind telling me which is the swiftest path to the master of this castle? I have no time to waste on lackeys, corpses or pointless questions."

Aizen looked at the group of four boredly before ignoring all these proceedings entirely, and so, began to wander over to one of the many age-old corpses pushed to the side. Unfortunately though, the yellow-eyed woman nearest him stepped right in front of his path, also smiling her grim hungry smile.

"Oh, where are your manners?" She said lightly. "Don't you want to introduce yourself to us first? It's very rude to come into one's house and start looting around..." The man in front smiled idly as he also looked over to Aizen, but then slowly began to frown.

"Wait... " The man said. "You're... I think I know you. Aren't you one of the bastards who killed our Queen?" And suddenly, there was angry hissing and snarling from the group of four as they now began to close in on the group of six. "You killed her! You killed the Sorceress! How could you... ?"

Azazel only looked nervously on as a small fire kindled in his hand, ready to go.

Combat is almost assured. If it should proceed like that, players will go first, then the group of four.

EDIT: Damnit! Forgot Monkee's nose-picking. Added.

JuJu looks at Azien and gasps in semi-mocking horror. "How could you!"

Vale annoyingly draws his sword and points it to the closest robed figure, he really doesn't want to waste time fighting simple lackeys "Not a step closer or heads will start rolling. Now I will ask you again, what is the swiftest path to the master of this castle? Choose to disregard the question at your own peril, my patience has its limits."

As the attention is focused on Aizen and the loudmouths, Hrolf tries to silently make his way down the stairs to the basement.

EDIT: Sorry, Monkee! I forgot to add your action into the turn. I fixed it though.

*Lumpy excitedly farts from all the action, repulsing everyone in the near of his rear, which thankfully is pointed at the four strangers*

Aizen points in the direction of Hrolf, before side-stepping around the woman. Continuing to ignore the creepy crew, he proceeds to loot the bodies before wandering of in the direction of wherever G2 leads

(I think he’s just tired from NOT pooping, so in that case hold off on the roll)

Hey everyone. Amitx7 just messaged me and we had a talk. Sadly, he is going through some stuff this month and he just can't make the two day deadline to post due to certain personal issues (though he says he's still definitely liking the game), so he's asked me to take over his character in his stead. He may still take control at any time, but regardless, from here on out, he will no longer be eligible for any prizes (or penalties).

As the group of 4 closes in with shouted accusations, Jude turns to Aizen and presses his hands to his own face in mock horror. "Oh! How could you???" But the theatrics of Jude didn't stir the group of four into stopping their angry approach. Hrolf tries to take his chance by stealthily slipping away to the basement levels, but it was no good as one of the group of four closest to Hrolf noticed and quickly stepped in the way, shoving Hrolf back towards the group of six. Aizen was still rather bored with all of this though and gestured to Hrolf lazily as they were making an attempt to slip away, and after gesturing, made his own attempt to step around the woman in front of him, but the woman shoved Aizen back too.

The blood in Vale's veins was quickening as he drew his own trusty sword. "Not a step closer," he said, "or heads will start rolling. Now I will ask you again, what is the swiftest path to the master of this castle? Choose to disregard the question at your own peril, my patience has its limits. "

But then... Suddenly... A massive fart ripped out of the one called Lumpy. And then there was absolutely stunned silence in the entire entrance hall as they all stared dumbfoundedly at this one brute in the midst of them. Hrolf though, luckily regained control of his senses quickly and tried once more to slip away to the basement levels. And succeeded in doing so!

The leader of the four finally cleared his throat. "Hm... I'll tell you what, human," now looking over to Vale grimly, "I'm not below being reasonable. Give us Aizen here and I'll take you to see the master of this dominion, just as you wanted... And also... Maybe give us that damned ape too because we're hungry." Then the man grinned. "We'll need to make sure to cook that one real well though." Right after this was said, Azazel leaned forward a little and whispered into Vale's ear with an unusual ferocity. "Kill them ALL... "

Vale rolls a 2 with a d2 and succeeds in partly halting the group of 4. Hrolf rolls a 1 with a d2 and initially doesn't succeed in sneaking by, but due to the distraction by Lumpy, Hrolf re-rolls his d2, gets a 2, and thus, successfully sneaks past the group of 4. At this present time though, Hrolf is still at point G1.

Seeing as Aizen attacks so suddenly, Vale realizes a fight is gonna break out now whether he likes it or not. Not really wanting to exert himself he summons his wolf and commands him to attack the closest enemy in range.

Hrolf COULD cast Blind on the back-stabbing Aizen before heading down the stairs properly, but finds it karmic enough that he'll face the consequences of his rash actions soon enough without it. If Aizen doesn't survive, so be it. If he does, maybe he could be of use as a distraction next time they meet as well.

*Lumpy charges headlong into the group of four using brute force*

Aizen, hearing this proposed abhorrent deal, wasn't going to stand for any of that nonsense from these freaks, and he decisively drew his longsword to slash at the woman before him. This definitely wasn't Aizen's first battle, and his sword hit true, slicing a huge gash that went into the woman's chest and ending at her left shoulder, making her scream out in pain and rage, and Jude, hearing Azazel's fierce encouragement, needed no further motivational speaking. Bellowing, "You heard the prophet," Jude very quickly back-handed one of the group of four closest to him with his iron fist. Even Lumpy was spurred into action as, emitting an ape-like shriek and showing an astounding burst of speed, barreled into the other of the four, smacking him down to the floor. Vale, rather appropriately for the situation, quickly summoned his own canine companion and commanded it to attack the man in front of him, but the man nimbly dodged it. And finally, Azazel, with coldness in his eyes, threw a fireball which exploded upon the man whom Jude backhanded, making him scream in pain as he was now engulfed in fire.

Before anything else though, something strange began to quickly happen to the group of four. The four were now changing, shifting, and becoming a little bigger, their forms becoming more lupine and growing dark sleek fur all over them as their clothes fell away, but also revealing around each of their necks a glowing yellow amulet. And then, the truth was confirmed to them all as to the group of four's true identities.


Werewolf - Active: Swipe
The GM will flip a coin two times for two attacks made with the werewolf's claws to see if they hit. Deals 4 damage per strike.
Werewolf - Active: Pounce
The GM will flip a coin. If heads, the victim is disabled for the next turn and any hits inflicted on the victim during that next turn do double damage. If tails, the werewolf misses entirely and all damage against the werewolf is doubled.
Werewolf - Active: Bite
The werewolf surprise-grabs the opponent somewhere and bites out a chunk of them, doing 3 damage. 50% chance per bite to cause an unknown effect.

The group of five were stunned for just a little bit by the sudden transformations, but they didn't have much time to gawk as the werewolves all soon rushed them in bloodthirsty rage. The 4th werewolf launched himself at Jude, tackling them to the floor and pinning Jude there. The 3rd werewolf also tackled Lumpy to the floor and held him there, so excited to finally tear this baboon apart. The 2nd female werewolf seemed to grin at Aizen as she walked around him a bit, dripping her blood on the floor, before speedily closing the distance and slashing viciously at Aizen. But once again, Aizen showed his experience and dodged both attacks. The 1st werewolf who seemed to be the leader didn't waste any time however as he slashed at Vale as well, but Vale skillfully (or miraculously) dodged both attacks as well.

Azazel, Valerius, Aizen, Jude, and Lumpy are now in combat. Aizen slashes the 2nd werewolf for 7 damage. 2nd werewolf is now at 23 HP. Jude melee strikes the 4th werewolf. 4th werewolf is now at 25 HP. Lumpy melee strikes the 3rd werewolf. 3rd werewolf is now at 25 HP. Valerius summons his wolf and commands it to attack the 1st werewolf. The wolf rolls a 1 with a d2 and misses. Azazel throws a charged fireball at the 4th werewolf. The 4th werewolf takes double damage from fire and is now at 13 HP. The 4th werewolf pounces on Jude. Jude is now pinned for the next turn and will take double damage from hits. The 3rd werewolf pounces on Lumpy. Lumpy is now pinned for the next turn and will take double damage from hits. The 2nd werewolf swipes at Aizen but misses both times. The 1st werewolf swipes at Valerius but misses both times.

Only @Battousai, @gaijinkaiju, and @Vendor-Lazarus need to make a post for the next turn. The basic positioning of everyone in combat is laid out below for your convenience.

As the battle erupted distantly in the entrance hall, Hrolf dashed downstairs, hoping to find at least something of interest. He also hoped that the group of five would take down that weird group of four, but he drove the matter from his mind. More than anything, he needed to find that sister, and he didn't have time to waste on meaningless feuds. And as he proceeded down, he began to get the feeling that he was actually... Going in the right direction. As he came closer to one of the basement levels, a distant memory of a female voice clearly not his own seemed to slipped into his mind out of the blue.

"... No chance for her. She will perish if she dares show her face here. After everything I've sacrificed for us too... For this entire country..."

Hrolf is now at point S1.

Normally, Hrolf would check for traps in situations like these, but the presence of the odd group would render that possibility less likely as they'd presumably need to move around the areas closest to them. With the immediate life-threatening situation above becoming more remote, the ethereal voice in his head took precedence. He decides to mull it over for clues, while using to his eyes to scan the next floor for the physical equivalent. Artifacts or armor, anything to help him ascertain the path to the Sister, for to disclose to Truth. He moves slowly, both as a precaution, and with the possibility of a survivor of the melee, "friend" of foe, from behind. Again, indeed, for anything could be of use.

I know that two of us are pinned, but does that mean we also can't act or attack? By "only they need to make a post for the next turn" does that mean that only they can act?
